Summit’s Elementary School is composed of grades Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. Student teacher ratio’s are kept small to provide individualized learning for each student. Bob Jones University Press is the core curriculum for all grades assuring a unified and integrated Biblical approach to instruction that is consistent in design as students progress through the grades and across domains or subject matter.
At Summit we focus on the heart of the child to assure that the student has a heart that can learn. Effective Christian teaching is accomplished by our teachers who properly addresses the whole student—body, soul (mind), and spirit. The results, which are supported by our SAT10 scores with a schoolwide average in the 81st percentile, demonstrate our biblical and research-based program’s effectiveness.
