Thank you for taking the time to explore Summit!

Summit Christian School is an amazing place where we feel God’s presence and see His provision daily.

We are an  independent, interdenominational school dedicated to serving families from all over the greater Sacramento area. We provide a distinctively grace based Biblically integrated education with a proven strong academic performance, one that has a focus upon the heart of the child as well as their academic development.

Our Pre-School through High school Campus is located on Hazel Avenue just south of Madison Avenue in Fair Oaks, California, easily accessible just five minutes from Interstate 50. MAP. All of our  programs provide rich spiritual and educational experiences taught by  an exceptional staff of certificated professional teachers who disciple students in well managed classrooms with low student to teacher ratios.

Our Pre-School takes year round applications for 3-5 year old students who’s parents seek an academically sound curriculum that is based upon the latest early education research and Biblically integrated material.

In our Elementary school we supplement our regular elementary classroom curriculum (Bible is integrated in all subjects) with additional classes in, Physical Education, Music, Drama, Dance and Art.

Our Junior High has a diverse academic program that also includes Band, Choir, Physical Education, Art, Student Government, Yearbook, Technology, Foreign Language  and other electives as well as extra curricular activities and team sports.

Our new and innovative High School is designed to utilize the power of digital technology and bring a rich Christian course offering that includes Advanced Placement classes through Christian on line providers and traditional classes on site. This innovative model allows Summit to individualize course selection and tailor classes to individual student needs or preferences while maintaining our well known discipleship and relational environment. Students attend all of the normal high school classes of  Electives, Bible, PE, and Mathematics (through Algebra) and take their other classes via the internet with our online classes and teachers in the Resource Center. Summit provides filtered internet access, (wireless and wired) to students who  bring their own devices (laptops or tablets) or students may use Summit school computers.
